Srinagar, Mar 30: (GNS) Enforcement wing of Agriculture department on Tuesday seized a Tata-Mobile vehicle allegedly carrying spurious fertilizers in south-Kashmir’s Shopian district.
An official told Global News Service (GNS) that upon receipt of a specific input about a vehicle carrying spurious fertilizers, the Enforcement wing of Agriculture department laid a trap during which a Tata-Mobile was intercepted.
“Upon searches, the vehicle bearing Registration Number JK-18B 8839 was found laden with thirty quintals of fused Calcium Chloride”, the official said.
“The vehicle was subsequently handed over to the SHO Shopian for due action as per relevant sections of law”, the official added. (GNS)
